CodePhantom ("we", "us", or "our") provides web security scanning services that analyze website security headers, SSL certificates, DNS configuration, and port security. Our service is designed to help website owners identify potential security vulnerabilities and improve their security posture.

By using our service, you acknowledge that security scanning is an ongoing process and that our service is one tool in a comprehensive security strategy.

By using our service, you agree to:

• Only scan websites you own or have explicit permission to scan
• Provide accurate information when registering
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not attempt to manipulate or abuse the scanning system
• Not use the service for malicious purposes

• Our security scanning service is provided "as is"
• We do not guarantee the detection of all security vulnerabilities
• Scan results are informational and do not constitute legal or professional security advice
• Service availability may be subject to maintenance and technical issues
• We reserve the right to limit scanning frequency to prevent system abuse

Our payment and credit system operates under the following terms:

• Credits are purchased on a per-domain basis
• Credits do not expire once purchased
• Refunds are not provided for unused credits
• Prices may change with notice for future purchases
• Failed payments may result in service interruption

For users with API access:

• API access is limited to paid plans
• API rate limits must be respected
• API keys must be kept secure
• We reserve the right to revoke API access for misuse

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including breach of Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for damages shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the service in the past 12 months.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email.
